The NS #1001 is the delivered paint scheme with the single stripe and number on the cab, it was never repainted with the herald, only NS #1002 was repainted with the herald. The handrails have been painted correctly.   Atlas Models GP-38 low-hood, they also made a gray NS with No Number.
